1. Zero Tolerance for Pedophilia
pinvdev does not, under any circumstances, condone or support pedophilia. Any form of attraction, behavior, or content that exploits or sexualizes minors is disgusting, illegal, and goes against our moral and ethical standards. We actively work to ensure our platforms and services are free from this harmful and criminal behavior by:
- Enforcing strict community guidelines.
- Monitoring and removing any content or activity that violates these principles.
- Wide-Banning (A ban from the Discord(s) and ALL games owned by pinvdev.)
2. Strict Stance Against Grooming
Grooming, the process of manipulating or coercing someone for exploitative purposes, is another behavior we oppose. Whether aimed at minors or adults, grooming is a violation of trust and personal space. At pinvdev, we take proactive steps to:
- Encourage reporting of suspicious behavior.
- Act swiftly to ban or restrict individuals who engage in manipulative practices.
3. Zero Tolerance Erotic Role-Play (ERP)
Erotic Role-Play (ERP) often involves explicit interactions that can easily cross boundaries and create unsafe environments. pinvdev does not support or allow ERP on our platforms for the following reasons:
- Risk of Exploitation: ERP often blurs lines, making it easier for manipulative individuals to exploit others, especially minors or vulnerable adults.
- ERP can sometimes venture into gray areas that conflict with our community, We WILL issue a ban on your account if you are seen doing this
What To Do
If you witness a member doing anything mentioned above (or even if they aren't on the server) Create a Ticket or report them directly.
We suggest you do the following.
- Help the Victim if they are in a bad mental health state
- Contact (if you know their info) local authorities as this is a serious issue.
- Convince the Victim to cut ALL contact with them
- Block the Suspect/User after doing the above ^
